How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect, although we do try!

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

We send all orders with a signed for postal service by the Royal Mail.

If we anticipate a potential delay due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control, we will notify you by email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven't received your order within 3-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Summary of our return policy.

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery if the item is unused in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To return your product, you should post your product to Barenaturals, 53. Candlemas Mead, Beaconsfield, Bucks, HP9 1AR

You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs are non-refundable.

It would help if you considered using a trackable postal service or proof of posting with appropriate cover. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and in the event of your return not arriving, the post office will be accountable with a proof of postage.
